Shipping, Returns, Exchanges

Ripa Wear Inc. offers complementary USPS priority shipping on all domestic orders  (with the exception of Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico). With the exception of Canada, we are unable to ship to other international countries at this time. For Canadian orders, please contact customerservice@ripawear.com for shipping estimates.

Shipping charges vary by type of delivery service you choose, and the number of items you order. Priority shipping typically takes 2-5 days with West Coast delivery in the 3-5 day range. Delivery times are our best estimates. Actual delivery is based on mailing address and the shipping option you choose. Estimates for expedited service can be gotten through the website during the ordering process. Be assured, we do not charge your credit card until your order is processed!

Changing Shipping Information after an Order is Placed

Typically orders are processed within one day, so once the fulfillment process begins, it is difficult to make changes. You can double check if the order has been processed by contacting customer service at customerservice@ripawear.com. If the order has not shipped, we will make every attempt to make the change.

Undeliverable Packages

We rarely  receive back a package that the carrier defines to be ‘undeliverable’.  This might happen for example, if  an incorrect or incomplete address was submitted by the customer. When a package is sent back to Ripa Wear and labeled ‘undeliverable’, we will contact you. If this was due to an error on the customer’s part, the customer will be requested to pay for the re-shipment.

Return and Exchange Policy and Process

Policy: Ripa® sandals can be returned or exchanged if they are unworn, all tags attached and in the plastic bag they came in. Returns and exchanges must be made within 3 weeks of purchase. If exchanged, Ripa Wear will ship back your preferred pair free of charge! If returned, a refund will be credited to your card for your order. Note all sandals bought at side walk sales are not returnable.

2020 Extended Holiday Return Window: Holiday purchases made between Nov. 15, 2020 through Dec. 20, 2020 can return their purchases up until Jan. 10, 2021 if they are unworn and all tags are attached. Returns must be postmarked on or before 1/20/21. Follow the process below to do so.
